Hope you all have a good day today; not sure, but boss was wanting me to come in earlier than 2 pm today. :rolleyes:

So the Lakers won the basketball championship. eh? Hmmmm. I'm not much into the game; more into baseball and football, here.

Well, time for coffee. Will try to be back before work.

Hope everyone had a nice day. Went to school for first day of class and found out the class starts next week. Dropped the other class that was supposed to start tonight. One of my references called to let me know they received a call from one of the new employers. Wish that would finish up so I can work. Just a blah day here.

Had to go in early; had an incident about 10 min. before my scheduled time to start. Other then that--decent day.

I don't get cable TV and lost my TV signals with the DTV conversion on Friday. Tonight would be a good night for me to watch some mindless TV. :bounce2:

Have cable, and 2 of those boxes to boot.

I cannot see paying to get HDTV's, as the prices are obscene. (I remember VCR's being way expensive......) The TV's are too huge, too. I don't want to drill any more holes in the floor for the cable lines, and the living room is set up great as is. Trying to move a Grandfather clock is a mess, besides. :nurse-soapbox:

I remember paying over $800 (with the tax) for a top of the line Sony VCR back in 87. What a thought!
