| Pych Care Plans I am still kinda new here so I'm learning my way around slowly. Hi to each and every student out there and good luck to you all. I would appreciate some advice on where to find the best guide for psych care plans. If anyone can help please let me know. Thanks ....Jeff |

I'd recommend the All-In-One Care Planning Resource: Medical-Surgical, Pediatric, Maternity, and Psychiatric Nursing Care Plans (since it would be the most cost effective resource book for your money as a student since you can make use of it for all your clinical rotations rather than JUST psych) & it's reasonably priced. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...m/medismartcom Or, check out sites with care plans & see if any plans they have could help you out for free: http://medi-smart.com/carepl.htm |
