I am currently in college to become an RN, I then plan to go onto become a Neonatal Nurse. I was just curious what a day for a neonatal nurse consist of? Why you became a neonatal nurse? What you have accomplished in doing this? What are the criteria for an infant being in care of a neonatal nurse? How do encourage healthy development? What changes, if any would you like to see in your area of work? What is your goal of being a neonatal nurse? What challenges do you have being a neonatal nurse, and how do you solve these challenges? What gratification do or disapointments do you eperience in your line of work?
