Re: Nclex Question Of The Day

i would like to know if you may know the correct answer to this question. i took a kaplan course and i did 1155+ practice questions and i took my exam for nclex-rn. I recognized some of the topic of my questions from my practice but they were worded differently and i had three types of priority questions repeat but two were med/surg, and the other was psych. i 'm really unsure of the results and i feel as though i should have answered more questions. please reply with some advice ... thank you
