| ISO Medication Quick Reference Sheet I am in search of a reference sheet that would list the name of the med, classification, use and side effects. I'd like for it to list several meds on one page, set up in a table format. I have Med cards, and a nursing drug book, but I want the sheet for quick reference. Does anyone have anything like this or is there a web site with this info? I've included a sample that I started, but was looking for one already done. DRUG NAME Drug Used For Drug’s possible undesirable alprazolam Anxiety, drowsiness, fatigue, Thanks, Barbra |

| Re: ISO Medication Quick Reference Sheet Hope some of these links are helpful. I understand it would be somewhat tedious, but you may want to print the info out and place it in a folder? Alternatively, if you have no time I'd be more than willing to organise the drug info listed in the sites for you. http://www.pharma-lexicon.com/medicaldictionary.php http://www.pdrhealth.com/drug_info/ http://www.intelihealth.com/IH/ihtIH?t=8124&p=~br,IHW|~st,408|~r,WSIHW000|~b,*|&st=8124 http://www.infomed.org/100drugs/ http://dreampharmaceuticals.com/ |
