| I'm hoping someone can help me get going in the right direction... my head is spinning... I'm currently getting my prerequisite units needed to apply to nursing school. My plan is to join an international medical team. I'm interested in groups that provide aid to victims of natural disasters, wars, oppression, etc. What should my goals be education-wise in order to be a part of something like this? RN? NP? EMT? I know this website seems to be primarily about work in the US, but any advice on finding a team that provides care on the international scale? Anyone involved in something like this? Thanks everybody! |

Hey, bopha! I figure being an RN would be your best bet. Of course, being an NP would help, also. Maybe someone else would have some other input as to the international team? Only thing I can think of off hand at the present is the Red Cross. 'Cat' | |
