After waiting since May, I found out just friday that I was accepted. School starts on August 23rd. I have to find my shot records and get a physical. I got the Pell grant but need to check on other programs to help too. I'm excited and scared at the same time. I've got to make this work for me. I've wanted to do this for a while now.
I have a question. Once you pass the bar for LVN, can you decide where you would like to work example in surgery or pediatrics etc etc? Or are you still doomed to stay working at nursing homes? How big of a list of options do we have????

It all depends on what the hospitals want and use.. Some hospitals still use LPN's/LVN's some don't.
