    Help Please!

I have to write a change proposal paper this semester. However when I look at my clinical experiences, I cannot come up with an idea that would have enough literature and research support. If you would have any suggestions or ideas, I would love to hear them! Thanks!

Change proposal? Can you define a bit there? Of course, one thing that popped into my mind was dietary. Also, inclusion of adequate exercise...

    Re: Help Please!

The information that was supplied to us was not alot, so hopefully this will help. Basically it has to be an issue within the hospital that we as nurses would be able to change. A past student's was implementing the use of pediatric blood tubes within the ICU so that the patient would not lose as much blood with all the sticks from lab. After I find the topic, I have to write a paper that explains what the problem is, how to resolve it, how to plan for the change, and refreezing process (Lewin's theory). Thanks again for any info!
