It's Sunday, and still too early for me. Hope you all have a good day; I will be back later.

Any plans for the day? Me....off to work untill 12:30, and then a meeting. Yep, a meeting on a Sunday. Blah.

silly dog thinks if I move in the morning it's time to get up so we were up just after 6 so she could be let out then I stayed up and watched Run away bride. DH and son just got up. Doing nothing today guess we'll talk about if we're going to get this vehicle or not.

We are just waiting and waiting. My daughter is 39 weeks and just tired. I am more anxious than she is about meeting her baby!

MICU, my latest schedule has changed 4 times in 3 days! And it is still loused up. In fact, scheduling for the whole facility is completely loused up, and ain't no-one happy at all. Oh, and I was 'just' informed I am NOT Full Time, but Part Time, which is a crock of manure. The meeting this week is gonna be a bit explosive, I do believe. :grinch-nurse:

Well Cougar you sure seem to be working a lot for only part time. Right now I'm working no time and don't seem to mind it much. I have yet to get my abode clean for all this free time available.

I know what you mean, Cali! Used to work a few 12's there for quite some time. Now, it's 8 hour shifts, or 4 hour shifts. Nothing ruins a day more than a 4 hour shift. Then again, it seems that there are a few nurses who seem to call off quite a bit, too. Guess who gets called in?! Yep, me. Lately, the problem is the new schedule: getting scheduled for days that can't be worked for other obligations...... We will see what transpires. :rolleyes:

I still need to clean up here, too. Never seems to be enough time.

I refuse to do four hour shifts. One of my employers wanted to put me on a case for four hours, five days a week after the assigned nurse left the case because it went from 10 hour shifts to four hour shifts. I told them it was way too far to drive for only four hours of work. They aren't very enthusiastic about getting me any other work. Neither is my other employer. So I am taking time to devote to school. I will try to get part time work with another agency down the road. One that hopefully won't forget who I am. :nurse-idk:

Luckily, the job is about 15 minutes away, if I get the right lights. Thus, not too far away.

we're looking at an acadia it's a nice suv and drives more like a car then the typical suv being I'm used to a monte carlo. DH thinks he can get another $2000 off which is $2000 but when you're talking over $30,000 it's like spitting in the ocean I say just get it and quit considering he spends more then that much on cokes and smokes in a year.
