Found a very handy tutorial for dosage calculations. It provides good explanations, useful examples, and has practice questions:

I have also found a useful tool that you can place in your pocket at work. It is a dosing guide for RSI(rapid sequence intubation) and another card for vasopressors/inotropes. check it out at Rapitube - Home dosing cards for medical emergencies
