| CALIF Law/Prescription Meds Hi. RN disabled/not working for 15 yrs. with rare arthritis. Going back to school this fall. Want to know if nursing program and clinical sites can legally require drug tests in CA. MD prescriptions for morphine and oxycodone...no adverse effects...only if I don't take them and am in severe pain. Won't lie if asked...just wonder what is legal. Any info greatly appreciated. Thanks. Mark |
