pturtle71 Junior Member Join Date: Mar 2004 Posts: 1	30 unit option vs LVN to RN Advance Placement? I am currently an LVN with 10 years experience living in Southern California. I am now ready to return to school for my RN and am leaning towards the 30 unit option. I wanted to know are there any RN's out there that did this and if so can you go on an get a BSN.
