GS anyone??

I'm thinking of getting out of the military very soon. I was wondering if anyone knows how I would figure out what grade/step I would be as a GS employee. I have been in the military for 14 years, RNC in Inpatient Obstetrics, Board Certified Lactation Consultant, BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS and AWHONN Fetal Heart Rate Monitoring Instructor. I hope to look for positions at WRAMC at Ft Belvoir and NNMC at Bethesda. By the way, has anyone heard that WRAMC will be closing anytime soon? Thanks for your help!

My wife [military dep] is a GS-10 [step 3] at MAMC on the stepdown unit. I know the ICU & ER are GS-11 positions. Sorry, I don't know anything about the baby world of nursing.

I know active duty ANC officers that are PCS to Walter Reed. I don't think a specific closure date has been specified.
