civilian nursing in international military clinics/hospitals

My husband and I are both RNs and we are wanting to go overseas as civilian nurses to either germany, belgium, or italy. Can anyone give me any advice on what it is like to work in the clinics and hospitals overseas? Where do u work and what do u like or dislike about the facility you work at? What is the typical schedule like? I really would like to know the pros and cons before we apply. THanks for any help u can give.
