Looks legit to me & agree with same. I've worn my IBA [Individual Body Armor] in the ICU during my deployment many times after a mortar attack.

Yes, the ANC has a severe nursing shortage, as well as retention problem. IMHO, the AMEDD deployments are too long, i.e. 15 months!!!

Can it be because no-one is joining? Back in my day and FIL's time, you got called up (Korea).

Pssst, we don't have a draft, anymore. However, I'm one of the few that thinks we should bring back the draft. Plus, I'd include females, as well as males in the draft registration.

True, but it is still an all voluntary military service.
