It has been a long time since I have taken it..but my best advice is to eliminate two choices from the multiple choices right away...then take your best guess. At least you have a 50/50 chance. If there is a way to mark a question to go back to it later, so you can get through the ones you know...do it. You'll save time, and can spend your left over time on the ones you are not sure about.
