Rookie male Pedia Nurse

Greeting everyone
I can't start to tell how anxious I am to have my new job, I have been an ICU nurse for under a year now and I recently moved to a bigger hospital but I was assigned to the pediatric ward and to make a long story short I need help when it comes to taking care of pediatric clients and neonates. I really wish you guys could help me with this I mean some pediatric e-books would be nice.... really big thanks to all! :26:
