My friends cna cert has lapsed and i was wondering what she has to do to get it back, if she has to retest and what the fees are

Best bet would be to check with the State she is living in. The State Forums have information on the nursing licensure; perhaps someone would be able to direct your friend from there. Good luck, and let us know how things go.
