CNA group Interview

Hi, I have a question.... I got a call for an interview.. I have no experience I just got my CNA license. I'm so excited cause I've been looking for a job for a few weeks now and it the first call I've gotten. My concern is that its going to be a group interview. She said they will make us participate in an activity that does not pertain to the job and based on how we react ordo things she will choose the canidates for a later interview individually. I'm very shy and I'm scared this is going to affect my chances. Anyone been to one of these interviews...Any suggestions. (my interviews on tuesday) I appreciate any feedback.

Just keep in mind that you can't just sit there and not participate. They will be looking for how you act with the others and whether or not you take the lead. You don't necessarily have to be the first to speak, or the only one doing the talking, but you do have to make an effort to do the assignment well. This will be good practice for you.
