However they did place me in a very small 4th level walkup in Laurel, MD outside of DC. I had to carry all my belongings including television up 4 flights of stairs. The apartment was so small that I bumped into furniture just trying to move around the apartment and the bathroom sink was actually in the bedroom. If you take an assignment ask which complex they are looking to place you in and investigate it yourself on the internet and call the complex if you have any questions about the accomodations. You can even check ratings on websites like apartments.com. Good luck!
