I've been a hospice nurse intermittently for the past 18 years. I can't do hospice all the time so I take time out in other areas. Most of my hospice experience has been in home care though more recently I've been case managing in nursing homes as well. As a case manger I've worked in four states and Washington, D.C.
Right now I'm on another hospice hiatus and looking at a job as a health coach.
