| hospice nurse caseloads Hi! I'm new here and was wondering what your caseloads are like. Our census is anywhere from 80-100. Nursing home nurses(full-time) see 9-12 patients a week and community nurses see 9-12. I see both facility and home patients. I am not full-time, but I see about 10 a week.Quite honestly, I can see many more facility patients as I find they are easier to case manage. Your thoughts? Thanks! |
