| End of life NCP goal  While discussing realistic care plan goals for end of life pts. Such as comfort care only, we were having problems picking from goals allowed on the computer charting. I decided at times we needed to add the goal for the nurse,,, Nurse will continue praying for pt and pt's loved ones...I really liked the idea, along with pt will remain pain fee of course. |
