I'm an LPN with 4yrs experience in ortho/neuro and currently 2 yrs in LTC/Rehab facility as their quality assurance/restorative nurse, restorative/rehab certified. I do like geriatrics and would like to stay in long term care/rehab facility. Are there any agencies that specialize in these types of placements? Thanks.
