Remember when I was a new graduate, obsessing over work long after my shift was over and then on my days off. It simply isn't worth it. Do the best you can, and go home with a clear conscience. Start each shift fresh, and then leave work at work.

I had a bad MVA that totaled the rear of my car few weeks ago. Trying to get my doc. to get me massages 3 times a week for my back and beck. On the other persons insurance of course. Skalaxin don't do, dodo.

OK since this is the Let it go section:
My MVA, I was stopped for another MVA along with over 100 other people who stopped. This 19 yo plowed into the rear of me at 60 mph. Hit me so hard she knocked my uniform badge off, it was found on the dash. I was OK, she was OK. The kicker was, when the officer gave her a ticket, she said, "What is that for, Its not my fult I could not stop." Hundreds of other cars stopped but she could not. What, she had her head up her ass where she could not see. Ahhhhhhh I feel better now.

I was once entering a parking garage in the Houston Medical Center, when the car in front of me suddenly stopped, and began backing up so quickly that I didn't have time to dodge, or honk the horn. Her excuse? Well, it was her hus ban's falt, because her rearview mirrow had fallen off and he hadn't put it back on...... yes, she was a blonde.
