Unhappy How to Respond to the RN OR Your Supervisors

Hey everyone, how do u guys deal with your Rn or supervisors when they say one thing and do another, like for instience i was supposed to do the footy tipping, and my supervisor said since you cant do it anymore or u wont be able to cause u had your break, then from then on she does it herself and tells everyone else, who will listen that i will do it but she does it.

Then the other day one of the RN was talking to me i still dont know what she said, something to do with if i am working wednesdays, or wednesdays never again, she was talking to me about all this stuff that didnt even seem like the things i would do out of no where.

what is "footy tipping"??? Your post doesn't make a whole lot of sense- what exactly are you asking? Can you clarify?

Re: How to Respond to the RN OR Your Supervisors

Neither do I- never heard of "footy games". Honey- if the other things in your post were self-explanatory, I wouldn't have asked you to clarify. If you're looking for an answer to a question, you need to clarify what exactly you are talking about & what you are asking. If you don't clarify what you're talking about or what exactly it is you're asking, no one is going to be able to give you an answer.

are you trolling the forum? because I honestly do not have a clue what your saying. On top of that some of your other posts are of the same train of thought...

If your boss says something to you that you don't understand, ask them to EXPLAIN it to you- much like everyone here is having a hard time understanding you so we've asked you to EXPLAIN what you mean.

I still don't know what footy tipping or footy games are...

And I'm starting to agree with the troll theory on this one....
