i took my nclex rn exam today. I only recieved 75 questions and some information in the questions were familiar to me but worded differently.i am really unsure of the outcome. i only repeated priority questions. I had questions from all different topics. I had three select all that apply that were about different topics. I took kaplan and did 1155 + practice questions.. i really , really hope i passed in sha allah ( god willing).

I also got 75 questions on the NCLEX exam -- took it in October and passed the first time. I was totally unsure if I passed or not after taking it, there were only 4 questions I knew I did right with 100% certainty. The topics were all familiar to me also, but the wording was different that the questions I used for review, so I totally understand how you feel. Just hang in there, have faith, and you will find out in 2 business days! I had to pay to find out the results because the BON of NJ is updating its website only once a month...went to Pearson Vue and had to pay like $8 to find out. Good luck!
