Re: NCLEX How to start?

The "course material" covered in NCLEX should have been covered in your basic nursing courses- to study for NCLEX, you could review a med/surg nursing textbook, pharmacology textbook, and pathophysiology textbook. But, it's going to be very difficult to prepare for NCLEX if you don't have this basic material learned.

Re: NCLEX How to start?

There aren't any specific recommended text books. You should be studying your textbooks from nursing school. Did you graduate from a nursing program in the United States? The practice questions in the books you have (Mosby's, Kaplan's) are similar to the questions on NCLEX.
