:60: Welcome to the site. You can look at threads about travel nursing on the site and learn a lot. Travel nursing is suffering at this time because of the economy, so many are getting permanent jobs to stay employed. You will have a better chance as an RN, but LPNs are also hired for travel positions. It requires experience. Travel companies can not place new grad nurses. You don't want to start travel nursing without a background in nursing because you can't always be assured of extensive orientation at a new assignment. RNs with two year degrees get hired as well as those with four year degrees. You can post other questions in the travel nurse and student nurse forums.
