i have worked in a good facility in beloit wi but i liked it ,it was the people who made it difficult to work with.i thought the residents got good care,but was very pissed off,as to why iwas being misused by other emoloyees.rumours strarted and kept going on and on.so many nursing homes are being exposed now a days it makes the people who don't stand up for what is right ,looks bad,who cares if you are a whistle blower if the ltc needs improvement it is better for the company.
