| Share condo in Lake Merritt area of Oakland Private room with Private bath, $725 per month. Lease is month to month. No credit check necessary. Most of the furniture is brand new. The bed in the room for rent is new. Includes utilities, high speed wireless internet, cable tv. I prefer busy professional roommate. Travel nurse would be ideal. Short term ok. Laundry facility available on roof deck with spectacular view of Oakland. NON-smoking only The other condo dweller is myself, a registered nurse, female 44. My home time is spent studying for my Masters. I hardly watch tv. I prefer a clean home. Walking distance to Trader Joes. The 57 bus will take you to the BART or the Airport. Condo is one mile from Highland Hospital. Please respond with housing needs. The room is available now. total move in is $1450     |
