BE COZY, HAVE FUN.
My studio is thoughtful [and] modern. You'll have wifi, laundry in the building, classic windows, hardwoods, and a full-size kitchen. A loft bed sits above a walk-in closet. Ceilings are sunny and high, at ten feet.

Play and work are easy to find. A ten minute walk in any direction will take you to the neighborhoods of Chinatown, Union Square, Russian Hill, SOMA, or the Embarcadero.

Our SF subway, the BART, is a five minute walk. Our SF bus, MUNI, runs east-west and north-south, lines that pick up and drop off on either corner to the house.

MY BIO.
I'm a writer and phd student, who is second-generation to an ICU nurse. I'm the sister of a nurse in plastics, who was formerly in labor/deliery, and I will be with both these ladies this summer, in order to spend time with my family. I'm happy to network my place to a fellow nurse. Need to flex on the dates? We can work that out.

COSTS, DETAILS.
I require a credit check and sublet contract. The cost of the rental is $1300/mo. I require a deposit, which is negotiable in cost. My studio is insured for you against any loss, fire, or damage accidents. The building is secure, with an on-site owner who is *the* best. The street address is 757 Sutter St, SF, CA, 94109.
