I'm renting a furnished room in my 2 bed 2 bath condo. The condo is less than a mile away from Highland Hospital and 1.5 miles from Kaiser in an excellent and safe neighborhood. I'm also a nurse at Highland and will only be renting my room out to a travel nurse. The room is available now.

$675 includes pg&e, cable tv & wireless cable internet and off street parking.

hi...i'm not sure if you still check your email re: this site. i'm a 3rd year med student who's about to start clinical rotations in highland hospital. i wanted to live close to the hospital but i'm not sure how the area is like. can you pls tell me anything about it, where do you think the best place to live at, would i need a car? are you still renting your apt?
i'm only doing internal med there so i'll only be there for 3 months.
