Looking for housing in Palm Springs area?

I've got a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath fully furnished vacation condo with 1400 square feet in South Palm Springs that's usually vacant from June through December.

My mother, who was a nurse and then a nursing educator, recommended that I rent it out the remaining times to traveling nurses (in fact I worked at a hospital when I was in high school, so I know nurses!). It's located 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, 7 minutes to Desert Regional, 20 minutes to Eisenhower and 30 minutes to JFK.

I'm only asking $1,200 to $1,500 per month, depending on if you want to pay utilities and how long you'd like to stay. It's available starting June 1, 2008 through at least the end of the year.

Unit amenities include cable TV, TVs in every room, wireless high-speed DSL, a highly efficient new central AC/heater, full kitchen with plates and utensils, and a third bedroom which can be used as a guest room or home office (desk unit already installed).

The condo project, Estados South, is very popular with the snowbirds and includes 2 pools, 2 spas, 2 tennis courts and 4 BBQs (including a fifth on the private patio).

I LOVE going out there, but I've been too busy to use it lately and would rather see it acting as a nice home-away-from-home for a traveling nurse (or two).

Email me at **PM poster for e-mail address** if interested!
