Hi There!

I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath house that I have a lease on until April, 2009. I will soon be moving to the SF bay area to work in nursing, but I am still obligated to this house. I am hoping that a travel nurse, or group of travel nurses staying here in the Fresno area may be interested in subletting the house.

I can have it partially furnished if you like. I would also be willing to leave the washer, dryer, and refrigerator. The rent is $1395/mo, but if split 3 or 4 ways it will be really cheap. The house has a formal living/dining room, as well as a family room and breakfast nook. It has a 2 car garage, as well. Yard service is included in the rent. The master bedroom has a very large bathroom with a separate shower and jacuzzi tub, and 2 closets, one of them a walk in. There is a nice open kitchen. It is in a quiet neighborhood close with easy freeway access.
