| home for rent Hi, I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house for rent in Grass Valley, CA. I am a pet friendly landlady. Lots of decks, hot tub, pool table, big back yard, clean, safe, quiet neighborhood, park like setting, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central heat/air, fireplace, 2 car garage attached, large circular driveway for lots of parking, centrally located between Grass Valley and Auburn. 25 min away from Roseville, CA, approx 45 min away from Sacramento, CA. Vacant at this time. Looking to rent for around $1,500.00 a month for 6 month to one year lease. $1,700.00 a month for month to month.
