great centrally located room in San Diego

Hi there-
I have a furnished room and private bath availble in San Diego, CA. The 4 bedroom/ 2 bath home is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac and it backs to green space (canyon). The home would be shared with a couple in their mid 30's a sweet dog (Akita - NEVER barks) and two outside cats. We would be willing to accept another cat-friendly female dog. Our boy could use the company and we can take care of your dog when you have long shifts. The price is $700 a month including utilities (includes cable TV, phone and wireles internet). We have two living room areas for separate TV viewing if desired and a decent DVD collection. We have a newly remodeled kitchen and have spruced up the bathroom (new paint and fixtures). We have a washer and dryer on site and a dishwasher. Will provide linens and towls. There is a Target just down the street for buying personal care items. We are non-smokers and social drinkers. The home is in a central location that is close to lots of shopping, public transportation, many major freeways and near many hospitals. (near Balboa Ave and Genesee if you want to Mapquest it) We are not far from the beach either, only a 10 min drive.

Benefits of sharing our home: you would live in a warm and cozy environment with people and not be alone in an apartment. You would have someone to share your day with, vent to, share meals with and someone to show you the sights if you are new to San Diego. You would be able to enjoy the companionship of pets without any of the responsibility of having to feed or walk them.

Please send me a PM if you are interested and I can share more information and pictures. Thanks.
