Aetna settles with state over 'enteral' formula coverage

New York State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer said Friday his office has settled a dispute with Aetna over the insurer's denial of claims for reimbursement for malnutrition-fighting formulas. Spitzer said he investigated after his office got complaints
