Patient #1 is pretending to saw a piece of wood and Patient #2 is hanging upside down from the ceiling. The doctor ask what are you guys doing? Patient #1 says “Can't you see I am sawing some wood?”' He then says “and my friend he is slightly crazy. He seems to think he is a light bulb.” The doctor says, 'If he is your friend, don't you think you should get him down from there before he hurts himself?'
