I'm 26 years old. My pulse is 149, my blood pressure is 74/42. I have been urinating lots of blood for a few days now. My temperature is 101.8. I'm having a really hard time breathing and feel very dizzy. My heart seems like it's beating out of my chest and it is very irregular. It's like it stops for a second, and then starts back. Plus, I haven't been taking my medication for the last three months since my prescription ran out. I've had these symptoms for over 36 hours. Should I go to the doctor or just wait and see if it gets better?

Welcome to the forum. That's the problem with allowing anonymous posts in this section of the forum, you get people who are bored. Surely, this was someone (I hope) who fits that category, and not a complete idiot, as it would seem...
Our job here at the forum is to offer advice to other nurses, and of course would-be nurses. We do not offer medical advice of any kind...especially to people who are blatantly non-compliant with their own medical regimen.
As for the person who posted the above non-sense....You are clearly an [censored] who has just enough info to make yourself sound like you know what you're talking about, and you obviously have too much time on your hands...so stop wasting ours!
