I used to have a page bookmarked. I think it was from elsevier.com On it I was able to look up medical diagnoses and find appropriate NANDA approved nursing diagnoses. There would then be a list of interventions and rationales. I can't find the site anywhere. When I go to elsevier all I see are sites to buy books.
Anyone else know of good sites.

Okay, dudes! I know a lot of people have been viewing this but no one has posted. I vaguely remember this site as being the place that I had gone to. I was able to look up MEDICAL diagnoses and have the site give me a whole list of NANDA approved NURSING diagnoses. It doesn't work that way now

I don't know about online ND but I would suggest you go to Amazon and get a copy of the Nurses pocket guide to Diagnoses, interventions and Rationals. I never had any complaints about my care plans in school and still use it today.
