    modesto,ca

i am considering a job in Modesto, CA.

can anyone tell me the good, bad or otherwise about that area?

i would be working for Memorial Hospital. the interview went well and i have no reservations. i'd like to get my own place if i like the hospital.

    thanks for your input!

    Thumbs up Re: modesto,ca

I have no experiance with the hospitals in Modesto, but I am born and bred in the central valley. The area is primarily agriculture based. That means low wages in generaly, and a lot of farm workers. Brush up on your spanish, at least the basics (tiene dolor?). Yosemite Natl Park is a short drive away, (rt 140 east). In the opposite direction is the bay area and the coast. If you like the outdoors, the central valley has a lot to offer.
