The ER I work in uses LPNs (AND I LOVE THEM!!) And tonight in a rare break we were all talking, and the subject of NANDA dx came up, and LPNs not being able to assign them to pt's t my hospital (super dumb)..which lead to the often repeated comment "there are so stupid why do we bother." So we decided that NANDA needs to come up with some real ER relivant dxs. Such as my personal fav of the the night; IQ incompatable with life. SO LET'S HEAR IT...EVERYONE BUT IN YOUR BEST "REAL" FUNNY NURSING dx
