Can relate.
I've walked into facilities where the staff and management were downright hostile. They watched me every minute, wanted to know what I was doing with my patients, like I was a new grad that had never worked the floors.
Had constant reminders, that "you're making more than we are" so finish up quick.
Can only put up with that for so long. Luckily I don't see things that bad very often.
What made you decide to leave?

i was supposed to be oriented for 3 days - i considered it a luxury! they relied heavily on the computer for charting but i never got the computer training (the girl was out). i was lost. after the 3 days i was supposed to be on my own but i said that i needed the training. i was told to wing it. i refused to go back until training was arranged. the hospital understood. my agency screamed at me on the phone. i stood my ground for 2 days until i was promised training. i got it, very minimal, but i just needed to be familiarized with the system - very old DOS system - TDS.
what was your situation?
Never make the mistake of thinking that MediTech is your friend. MediTech is nobody's friend.
