Doctor;"No"
Attorney;"Why could it not be possible for the patient to be alive?"
Doctor;"Because his brains were sitting in a jar on the counter at the time of the autopsy."
Attorney;"Even so, could it still be possible that the patient could have been alive?"
Doctor;"Yes, it is possible that he could have been alive and practicing law somewhere at that time."
