Can anyone help me?

I recently traveled to California for the first time (both traveling and strike). Everything went pretty smoothe except for Trustaff ask me to stay longer in case some of the nurses called in with the "blue flu". I advised them I would only stay out there for an additional week. Does anyone have any advice to relate to contract nursing in Florida and forming your own LLC? A hot thing happening is RNs are rounding for Doctors. They are hiring RNs to round and the nurses are independant contactors. All comments would be welcomed!
